By using naturalherb.world (the “Site”) or purchasing coaching from Naturalherb (“Company,” “we”), you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the Site or our services.
Services
We provide professional workspace habit coaching—guidance on desk routines, physical workspace layout, and workday structure. Services are not medical care, psychotherapy, legal advice, or financial planning. See our Disclaimer.
Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and located in the United States (or otherwise authorized to contract) to book paid services.
Bookings and payment
Prices are listed on our Services page in U.S. dollars. Payment is due as stated in your booking confirmation. Sales tax may apply in Texas and other states.
Cancellations and refunds
Refunds and rescheduling are governed by our Return Policy.
User conduct
You agree not to misuse forms, attempt unauthorized access, upload unlawful content, or interfere with Site operation.
Intellectual property
Site content is owned by the Company or licensors. You may view content for personal, non-commercial use. Reproduction requires prior written consent.
Disclaimer of warranties
THE SITE AND SERVICES ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE.” TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE.
Limitation of liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, THE COMPANY IS NOT LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING FROM THESE TERMS OR SERVICES WILL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE TWELVE MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM.
Indemnification
You agree to indemnify the Company against claims arising from your misuse of the Site or violation of these Terms.
Dispute resolution
Before filing suit, contact us to seek informal resolution. Any dispute will be governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, and brought in state or federal courts located in Travis County, Texas, unless applicable consumer law requires otherwise.
Changes
We may update these Terms. Material changes will be posted with an updated date.
