Overview
This policy applies to paid workspace habit coaching sessions and packages purchased from Naturalherb, a business located at 1705 S Quinlan Park Rd, Austin, TX 78732.
Single sessions
Reschedule or cancel at no charge when we receive notice at least 48 hours before your scheduled start time (U.S. Central Time). Cancellations within 48 hours may be charged the full session fee.
Multi-session packages
- Unused sessions in a prepaid package may qualify for a pro-rata refund if you cancel within 14 days of purchase and have used no more than one session.
- After 14 days, refunds apply only to unused sessions minus a 15% administrative fee.
- Promotional or discounted packages follow the same rules unless stated otherwise in writing at purchase.
If we cancel
If we cancel your session, you may reschedule at no cost or receive a full refund for that session. We are not responsible for third-party costs you incur (travel, childcare, etc.).
How to request a refund
Email inquiry@naturalherb.world with your name, purchase date, and reason. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method within 14 business days.
Chargebacks
Contact us before initiating a chargeback so we can resolve the issue directly.
